A great weekend at the One Planet Norwich festival

On the weekend of 6th and 7th May the Fresh Pod team exhibited at the One Planet Norwich Festival at The Forum, organised by Norwich City Council.

With a wide range of fun activities at the show, including a pedal powered cinema, the event was great fun for all the family and aimed to educate people of all ages about how we can make our world more sustainable.

Alex & Beth enjoyed being able to educate visitors on how they can contribute to a greener environment by reducing their food waste - by using Fresh Pod to keep their fruit & vegetables fresher for longer, highlighting that rotting fruit contributes towards 20% of the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

All in all the event was a great success and we very much look forward to next year's event.
