Fresh Pod enters the overseas flora market

Fresh Pod sachets are perfect travel companions for any type of flower being transported or held in storage. By cleaning the air in the environment where they are packed, it removes the risk of damage to the flower by Ethylene gas as well as airborne rots and moulds, which can shorten the shelf life of all varieties. This problem is heightened when plants and flowers are stored in an environment of mixed flora.

Following successful trials, placing sachets in boxes whilst in transport of lilies and other cut flowers, Fresh Pod is now being used by the Dutch flower exporter, Byfods to keep blooms fresh for longer.
